Wiedelman - President
Mark is the managing
member of St. James Capital L.L.C. as well as
the company president. Mark has over 25 years
of experience in the commercial real estate
industry. His broad understanding of the multifamily
business also allows him to serve on many nonprofit
housing boards. Mark’s focus within St.
James Capital is to develop new business and
cultivate current client relationships.

Nancy
Ludwick - Senior Vice President
Nancy is an active member
of St. James Capital, L.L.C. and Chief Underwriter.
Nancy is a licensed real estate broker with
over 25 years of experience in the commercial
real estate industry. Prior to establishing
St. James Capital with Mark Wiedelman, Nancy
was the Midwest Regional Manager for a national
commercial mortgage company. During that time
as Vice President in charge of originations
over a ten state region, Nancy originated over
$200 million multifamily construction and permanent
loans. Her experience encompasses all aspects
of commercial mortgage financing from origination
and underwriting to closing and loan servicing.

Michael
Polsinelli -
Vice President, Chief Legal and Operating Officer
Michael serves
as St. James Capital's Chief Legal Counsel with
a primary focus on FHA-insured, multifamily
housing. Michael came to St. James from the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
He spent 10 years as a staff attorney in the
legal department, whose jurisdiction covered
the entire state of Michigan. Michael's extensive
knowledge of all HUD multifamily programs, regulations
and statutes make him a perfect fit with the
company.
